Sirus walked through the woods, body hidden by a brown cloak, the hood pulled up over his head, shadowing his sullen face. He was a changed man. Be it for better or worse, he was changed. Whenever he looked back at his past (which was as little as possible), he grimmaced with the idiocy of it all. Temporance. A fool. He was glad he had killed her. And Reme. and idiot. He hoped to never see the fellow again. and David. David was sensable, he supposed, though he still didn't want to admit that his brother was right. He scolded himself for that thought, however.
The forest seemed particularily calm that day. Bearly any wind, other than the occasional lazy sigh that rustled through the leaves of the trees. Sirus had come to like the trees particularily. They were quiet, tall, strong, elegant...everything he wasn't. They also provided shade, in which he often doted on during the hot season, as no matter how hard the sun tried, the trees managed to block the most of its heatful blow.
Sirus came to a large tree, and leaned up against its rough bark. Wordlessly, he slid to the earth, and searched through his small burlap bag, untill he found a flask containing some sort of liquid. What it was really, was a sort of remedy that would fight off exhaustion. The herbs that floated in it, he kept secret from most beings. It was an old bards secret. A bard was what he had set out to be, and so he had taken the time to learn about them.
The remedy seemed to work its magic, and he felt much better. And so, it was there that he sat, and dared to rest for a while. He would continue on later.

Araya walked throughthe silent forest. You couldn't hear anything there was no sound coming form her feet as she walked through the forest. She had travled back to the forest many times just because she loved the peacfullness of it. She was getting relaxed when she saw a slumped over figure sitting by a tree. She walked closer sword now in hand. She was still getting used to her sword but she need to get better some how. Her sword was at the persons neck. She listened to his breathing he was asleep. It still didn't cause her to relax. She knelt down she she was face to face with the slepping person. She lightly touched his leg sending a small chill up it. Then she moved to the other. She made his legs so they couldn't move. She then shook his shoulder gently.

ooc// umm...what did she do to his legs? I'm very unclear on it...did she tie them up...or is she like, pinning him to the ground.
Sirus had heard the aproatching footsteps, but didn't move. The girl couldn't have known it, but he had been awake the whole time, bearly moving at all when the cool metal of the blade touched to the visable skin on his neck, nor when her fingers touched the cloth that covered his leg. She shook his shoulder. A pointless move, as he was already awake. His eyes remained shut, though he spoke calmly. "you'll do no good killing me. No one would care, including myself. if your planning to capture me, I wish you luck, but again, it will do you no good." He had no reason to beleive she was trying to capture him, or kill him, other than the obviouse fact that she held a sword to his neck, and had bound (still dunno what she did to his legs, so I'm saying bound) his legs. But honestly, he couldn't care less. Perhaps if she killed him, it would do the world some good, to be rid of such a fool. ( he still thought himself a fool for what had happened in his past). Sirus didn't open his eyes, but simply waited for the girl to do whatever she had come to do.

ooc: Arya has the power of ice. she froze his blood in his legs. so they do not work.
bic:
Arya listened to the words that came out of the mans mouth. She thought him stupid she wouldn't kill an inocent man an purpose. Though she didn't know of his past then she might have killed him. And she wouldn't capture him where would she be able to bring him, she hadn't even seen his face yet. (Dose he still have his cloak over his face?) Arya stood still for some time pondering on what she was going to say if anything. She then decided she would speak. "I come here to cause no harm, I only come because the wind brought me here" she herself though her words stupid but she didn't know what else to say.

ooc: ah. okay. didn't realise that. he's wearing a hood, so it kinda shadows his face, so you can basically just see the bottom half of his face.
bic:
Sirus smiled, slightly amused, but still didn't open his eyes. "yes. And I suppose the wind made you point a sword at my throat and deem me incapable of moving my legs as well" he commented slyly. of course, he couldn't have known that she had come to cause no harm, or that she wouldn't harm an innocent man. So, in fact, he was quite smart to act as he did, calmly. He was not stupid, no, Sirus was far from stupid. He had aquired plenty of wisdom in his previosue years of life. He had learned to trust no one. not even himself. He knew that not everyone was kind hearted, and some people would gladly kill an innocent man. Many people would, to speak the utmost truth. No longer would Sirus kill anyone unless there was a dire need to. Speaking truthfuly, he was quite ashamed of his past. He would mention it to no one, unless they asked. Then he would gladly tell, and there they could judge him.

His words hurt her but only slightly. She made no movement other then her mouth. "I used my power for my own saftey nothingless." She said her voice harsh she felt like cutting his throat for what he said she found her emotions surprising. "A girl needs to protect herself." Arya said in a mocking tone. She had a strong hatred for this man she didn't even know the name of, she had a feeling that he had something to do with his sisters death.

Sirus raised his eyebrows, though the motion was hidden by the hood of his cloak. "oh yes? and I suppose walking up to sleeping strangers, freezing their legs, and pointing swords at their necks, is all for the protectance of you? you must be a very highly important person if your survival is so dire." He paused then added as an after thought; "A sleeping man is hardly a threat" he could feel her anger spark up at his previouse remark about the wind, but he didn't care. He was surprised with his docile will to die, but showed no surprise, and remained leaned up against the tree, eyes closed, body relaxed. This was pointless. She was just wasting her time. Hopefully she would soon realise this, and leave him alone. He was not particularily in the mood for company...not that he ever really was to speak the truth.

The words he said made her blood boil. Her sword moved from his neck to his leg. It wouldn't cause him pain...yet. She stebbed him untill the blade hit the bone. No blood came as his leg was frozen. "I just know some people may be faking like you. I have no imprtance to anyone any longer." Arya said. She placed the blade back to his neck. SHe then heard one more thing come from his mouth and she felt sorry for stabbing him. "But there is still some threat in a sleeping man." Arya said. Arya then went into a flashback about the day she was at her sisters body weeping. She heard a baby's cry in the bushes. It had a note with it and the necklaces that surounded her neck now. The note had read. I am sorry my sister I can not still be there with you. A man who I thought was sleeping attacked me latter in the night, he made me have his child he was drunk and nearly dead. So I leave you now with my child Samantha was the first killed by this horrid man and now I fear I shall go to. Take care of my child It was then that Arya went back to reality she relised that tears streamed down her cheeks. She must now look like a wimp to the man. The back of one of her hands went across her cheek. The tears stopted.

Sirus watched with a frown as the blade plunged through his skin, hitting the bone. He felt nothing, but he knew that as soon as he got feeling back in his legs, the pain would be quite extreem. Ah, well. He had delt with worse. "ooh. that's gonna hurt later" he murmered, frowning at his leg. His eyes, of course, were opened now, and he could see tears fall from the girls eyes. He was now more confused than ever. "please don't cry. I hate it when people cry. why are you crying? I'm the one who's been stabbed in the leg, not the other way around." he felt quite unnerved now, and didn't know what else to say. He wasn't the fatherly type, and really felt rather embarrassed to show any emotion of his own, or to see another crying. Had it been something he had said? if it had been, he could feel little sympathy towards her at the moment, considering the circumstances. One didn't feel sorry to another after they stabbed you in the leg, or froze your legs first, or had a blade pressed to your neck. It just wasn't natural. No one could be that forgiving. gosh. how long would he be stuck here. Anyways, he realised then that it didn't matter, because he wouldn't be able to make it to his destination very easily with one functioning leg. curse that wench, she was causing him more than enough trouble. couldn't she have just kept to her own buisness and let him be? he ment no one any harm, and had much more important things to do than having battles of wit with a young girl. what was he doing here? he should have been on his way long before. but, it looked as if his plans would have to change for the worse now.

Arya listened quietly. "I know I am sorry" she said my anger got the better of me" Arya said. She then thought of the little one year old sitting all by herself. "I am crying of something that just happened very recently not here but a year ago." Arya said. "Once again I am sorry for hurting you do you need assistance with getting to Heromines?" Arya asked standing up. If he was going to go to Heromines he would need help but if he was going to bare the pain that has been enstoed on him she couldn't help. If she did go to Heromine's she would have to pick up baby. She never named her sisters child she didn't know if she had the guts. Arya found it painfull but before baby grew any older she would have to pawn her off on to some one else in a village but she would have to make sure she was well taken care of. Arya waited for an awnser. She wasn't the patient type. She knelt back down and ripped a long strip off of her nicley fitted dress. She attempted to warp the cloth around the mans leg.

Sirus grunted as she apologised, saying her anger had gotten the better of her. Emotions often got the better of people. Rarley did that happen for Sirus. He was good at controlling them. "no, I think I'll be able to manage. If you would mind giving me controll of my legs again, I'll be on my way." he didn't want to have anything else to do with this girl. He was, though he conceled it very well, rather angry with her. Infact, he was very angry with her. Any one would have been. He reached his right hand into the bag, though the rest of his body remained still, and pulled out another flask, holding some liquid. The liquid has a blue tinge to it, and smelled rather bile. It was not very appealing, but it would help with the pain once it came. He took a swig of the liquid, hardly grimacing as he forced his body to swallow it. He was prepared to deal with the pain.

Arya heard the grunt but didn't say anything "Is you so desire then fine I'l let you go on...if you can walk" she said. She looked at him as he took out a medican. "What dose that do?" she asked kindly. She wrapped the cloth around his leg where it would bleed the most. She then touched her hand to the leg she didn't injure and drew away the cold from his leg. She then moved to the other leg. "This will pain you very much" Arya said as she took the cold away as quickly as possible. She was waiting to see the emotion of his face when he encountred the pain and the ability to move his legs. It some times hurt when you drew away the freezing tempature other times it didn't it depended on the type of blood. As soon as the punctured leg was unfrozen blood flooded his leg and Arya's hands the cloth did very little to protect the wound.

Sirus bore the paine quite well when it came. And it came full tilt. The unfreezing itself brought around quite a good deal of pain, as his blood suddenly began to flow again. But, it was the wound itself that brought the most pain. "oh, beleive me, I can manage myself. I've had much worse, and I always pull through." He talked calmly, and the emense pain that he was feeling, did not show at all in his face. The only hint of it was that his complexion grew paler, but the girl couldn't have seen that, as the hood he wore succesfully shaddowed his face anyhow. "I'll be off now. To heromines I suppose..." he paused for a moment, struggling to rais himself off the ground. "though, that wasn't at all where I was hoping to be headed for" he added under his breath. He used the tree for support as he drew hismelf off the ground, and leaned on it for a couple moments, clamping a hand over the wound to attempt to stop the steady flow of blood, or at least keep it at bay. Pressure would help some, but if he was walking the distance, he would loose a lot of blood and it would be a miricle if he pulled through. Sirus was known for beating the odds...but miricles where written in a whole other book. He knew deep inside that he probably wouldn't live through this. Again, he didn't care. ooc// meep. I'm not gonna let him die. lol. I lub my Sirus! what I'll probably do is make him travel to Kaytale, then he will find David (reunited!!! hoorah!) and perhaps Heromine can be sent for so he doesn't need to travel all that distance with a wrecked leg.

Arya saw no pain in the mans face no expresion on his lips. She was quite surprised. "Are you certian you don't need help?" Arya stammered confused expresion on her face.

ooc// yup! he's awesome. so, he's gonna go to Kaytale, and he won't die. your charrie can tag along if she wants to...tis up to you. It might be fun though, if she did tag along. would give me someone to rp with. Sirus began walking in the direction of Kaytale. He would have to pass it to make it to Heromine's house...He knew that was where his brother would be, and he wasn't hoping to need to stop there. He wasn't ready to confront David yet. But, Sirus was not stupid, and so he realised that perhaps he would have to stop at Kaytale, and put aside his pride...so long as he wanted to live. And since Sirus didn't fancy living or dieing, the choice wasn't made right on the spot, though instinct told him that surviving was the goal in life, nothing more. "oh, yes. I'm quite certain" he spoke through clenched teeth, an irritated edge coming slightly onto his words. "As I said, I've been through much worse, and managed on my own for quite some time now" He hoped she wasn't planning to follow and strike up conversation. He didn't know how much he could put up with before he exploded. He was trying, at the moment, to focus on keeping the pain at bay, and getting to his destination, or at least as far as he could manage to go.
