The gaurd stared at Arya for a while before speaking. He too was about to loose his temper. His job was just being made worse by the pesterings of the prisoner.
"I'm sure he'll be fine. I'm not at liberty to leave you alone down here, and so I'll not be leaving my chair."
He folded his arms over his chest, a jesture made almost to show that his words were true. He was not planning on moving an inch untill his shift was over.

(this is Sirona replying with Denza's account)
Arya listened patiently to the man with the funny hat. "well, then damn you, damn you to hell." Ayra said, temper at a full maximum. She turned her back from the man and stared at the wall infront of her. she used her powers and made a mirror of ice on the wall so she could see her reflexion.

Not changing his grim facial expression, the gaurd watched as Arya turned her back to him, her words making no impression on him whatsoever. His mood remained unfaltering, and, infact, it was a releif that he would no longer have to carry a conversation with the girl.
He leaned back, thinking that the chair would lean up against the wall, but...the wall seemed to be a few feet further than he actually had intended it to be. And so, as gravity had it, he fell over backwards to the ground, hat flying off his head, and landing a few meters away.
Red with embarrasment, he made no move to get up, because he didn't have the will power, and though as his life was so dull, he might as well just lie there forever.

Arya turned when she heard the big bang on the floor. To her surprise, she saw the man, feet up stright on the chair on the ground. She laughed at his misery and embarrasment. She grabbed the hat from the ground and placed it in the cell. "are you all right?" she asked, trying not to laugh.

The gaurd made no move to get up, and answered;
"yes. I'm quite fine."
and still, he remained lying on the ground, legs hanging over the lip of the chair. He still had his arms folded across his chest, and wore the same expression as he had before.
Just then, an older gaurd came down the dank stone stair case, and halted as soon as he saw the younger gaurd on the floor.
"what on earth are you doing down there man?"
he asked, staring quizically down at the lower ranked gaurd.
"your ment to be watching the prisoner"
The younger gaurd didn't move a muscle, but answered tartly;
"I AM watching the prisoner. what do you THINK I'm doing"
The older gaurd shrugged, not wanting to waste his time with this fool. And so, he stepped over the fallen man, and walked towards the cell. He held in his hand a strong legnth of rope.
"It's time for your trial, miss. I'm gonna have to ask you to back up against the bars, hands behind your back, so that I can tie them up"
The gaurd waited for the prisoner to listen to what he had said. Should she choose not to, then more drastic measures would be taken.

Arya laughed good heartedly at the man on the ground untill the older gaurd came down the steps. "hello" she said, tone harsh. she listened to him and shook her head. "why would I do that. I didn't do anything. I'm not going to"

The gaurd shrugged. It didn't matter to him what he had to do to get her to do what he wanted, he would make it happen. "Have it your way" He walked over to the fallen gaurd and kicked him sharply in the shoulder. "get up" The gaurd grumbled as he was pulled to his feet and dragged towards the cell. The older gaurd pressed the legnth of rope into his hand, and fumbled with the keys untill he managed to fit one into the lock.
Pushing the door open, the older gaurd rushed in and slipped on the patch of ice, landing on his behind with a large thump. He looked rather shocked, as there was no ice down here, especially in the season of spring. The younger gaurd stared wide eyed at the older man, untill a sharp order was given for him to grab the prisoner. He lept to attention, and grabbed the girls arms and pushed her up against the wall. He soon at the rope tied around her wrists securly, and the older gaurd gruffly began to shove her towards the entrance of the cell, sword pointed against her back, holding the rope.

"This is rather unpleasant" Arya said plainly. She did as she was told and walked towards the stairs. She was laughing inwardly that the man had fallen on her slippery ice.

The gaurd gave Arya a harsh shove towards the stair well, and they began the ascent up towards the maine level of the castle. "well, it was your own choice" he murmered at her blunt comment about the experience being' unpleasant' as she so put it. The young gaurd followed like a lost puppy behind the older one, rubbing the back of his head from the fall with the chair. At the last moment, the younger gaurd lept into the air, and rushed back towards the cell, snatching up his hat and fitting it neatly on the top of his head. He then hurried to catch up, and followed the two as they left the dungeons.
