Arya sighed when she saw the castle. Finaly some place to rest Arya said. She walked into the view of the castle gaurds in he towers. Sirona followed slowly behind Arya she felt as something was about to go worng. She stopted before she reached the edge of the forest. She wouldn't move. Arya heard the foot steps stop. "Come on girl" Arya said gently. Sirona didn't move instead she went down slowly and forced Sirus off. She then turned and walked into the dense forest. "I guess where alone" Arya said looking at Sirus. Arya then relised that Sirus's cape wasn't on his face any longer. She stared for a short while then started walking again.

ooc: erm...he never took the hood off...
bic: Sirus slid quite willingly from the unicorns back and headed for the castle gates. They were, of course, closed, though he could see movment coming from the other side of the walls. He called out for a while, untill finally a man warily aproatched the gate. "yes?" the man asked impatiently, sizing Sirus up, then glancing over at Ayra. "we need to get in...I know someone in the castle. David. get me David" the man just stared at Sirus as he spoke, but seemed not to know who David was. Or he was playing stupid. Whatever it was, Sirus was starting to get impatient. Couldn't the man see that he was wounded! But when he looked back at the man, the man's attention was again drawn to Ayra, and he gave her a funny look. Almost of recognition.
By then, the word had slowly started to spread around the castle that there was a wounded, cloaked man and a young girl at the gates, and when the news hit David, he emedietly came to investigate. When he saw that it was Sirus, he felt his heart contract uncomfortably. His brother. "Let the man in...can't you see he's wounded?" David cried, aproatching the gate with his usual legnthy stride. He was wearing his usual attire of a black traveling cloak, breeches, and an off white shirt. He was fairly handsom, his dark hair now hanging in his eyes, cut shorter than it had been before.
The man at the gate made no move to open it, and so David himself to action. He opened the gate, and quickly ushered Sirus in, also allowing Ayra through...though he payed her little attention. He looked Sirus over with a critisizing eye, and spoke. "what on earth happened to you man?" he asked, clearly concerned. Sirus simply grunted. "the bitch back there stabbed me clean through my leg. nothing I can't handle, however." David glanced back at the girl, then shook his head, directing Sirus towards the castle. ''you've gotta rest up. we'll call Heromine in"
Sirus followed willingly, glad to be avoiding deep conversation with his brother for now. It was a releif that David hadn't mentioned anything so far, and Sirus was looking forwards to a bed, some food, and a visit from the crazy healer Heromine. For once, he was eager for some help from other beings, no matter how hard it was for him to accept that.
It was at that moment that the gaurds were told about the appearance of the girl who had caused such havock onto the villiage. They marched over, two on each side. She was taken by the arms, one hand on the elbow, one on the wrist, and was directed off towards the dungeons.
While this action was put in motion, staff of Kaytale stopped to stare, muttering amungst themselves. Most had an angry glint in their eyes, and spoke about the nerve for her to show up at the palace gates after being wanted all over the country of Kaytale. They had all suspected her to be long gone. But here she was...and at least she was being put away where she could cause no more harm.

Arya glad that she was let in to see the castle walked briskly in. She felt a frim grip on her arms and she turned to see two gaurds at either side of her. Her eyes went wide. "What are you doing?" she asked in a weak confused voice. Her voice stronger asked. "WHat the hell are you doing to me?" Arya squirmed with little triupmph. Arya's power made her body freez causing the mens hands to feel the brutal cold of her body. Though they didn't let go.

The gaurds wordlessly dragged the now ice-cold Ayra towards the dungeon, and threw her roughly into a cell. They then rubbed their cold hands together to warm them up, made sure the cell was securly locked, and stumbled away, leaving the youngest one to stay guard for a while, to watch the prisoner untill they were sure she wouldn't bother to try and escape.
The remaining gaurd sunk down into an old wooden chair, and took to examining his grubby fingernails, tapping his boot clad foot on the stone floor.
In the mean time, Sirus was being led into a comfortable looking room, equiped with a nice bed strewn with clean sheets, a large window overlooking the gardens, a bookshelf, and a small wooden desk. The room was plain, but nice and clean. Sirus didn't mind, so long as he could rest. David watched as his brother lay down on the bed, propped up by two fluffy white pillows, his eyes fluttering closed, hood still on his head.
David pulled up a chair beside the bed, and sat for a while, hunched forwards, hands folded, elbows propped on his knees. The two were enveloped in an akwards silence, both fearing to break the temporary peace between them.

Arya's cold body hit the back of the cell with a loud thump. Her body slowly went back to room tempature. "damn it" Arya said quietly. SHe walked up to the gaurd. "Exscuse me." Arya said kindly. "Why am I here I have done nothing wrong to your peacfull city" Arya said shortly. Her temper was rising though it was still some what cold.

The young gaurd stared at Ayra for a long while, as though he hadn't known she had been speaking at all. Even after he realised that she was in fact speaking, it took him a moment to register what she was saying. And after that sunk in, he was at loss for an answer. So much time was wasted by that point, that he debated with himself wether to say something at all, or just leave it alone. But, eventually he said;
"you say you've done nothing wrong? well, encase you have forgotten exactly what you have done, I'll tell you. You entered the city and burned down houses, stole from our citizens, and many other offences that I'm sure I would just be wasting my time mentioning"
that said, he returned to examining his fingernails, then studying his fingers, then tracing the lines on the palm of his hand. This seemed to keep him occupied in this boring job of watching the prisoner. His shift would not be over for a long time, and so he had to do something to fill the period. He sighed. Guard duty was so toiling and pointless. He wanted some action in his life. But, it paid the bills, and everyone had to do some gaurd duty.

The gaurd stared at Ayra for a while longer. He didn't apretiate being yelled at. He was doing nothing wrong. He was doing his job, and nothing more. Everyone knew what they had seen. They had seen Ayra burning down the villiage.
"You can deny it all you like. But, please, stop yelling at me. Save it for your trial with the king and Queen"
The gaurd numbly began to stare around the room, eyes dully following the trail of a crack down the stone walls. The dungeons were his least favourite place to gaurd. They were dank, empty, cold, and, for the most part, silent. He much prefered to be up in the sunlight.

Arya shook her head. "Do you want proof that I control ice and not fire?" Arya said coldly. She didn't care she just wanted to use her power. A flick of her wrist and right beside the man there was a patch of ice shine and see through. "There is your proof now could you let me go?" Arya asked tears in her eyes. She had to go see baby she was probably scared. [/i]God damn it I hate RAYLIN[/i] Arya thought.

The man watched as a patch of ice spread across the floor. But, this was only proof of her power...not that she wasn't the one who did wreck the villiage. He stared at Arya, then at the ice, then back at Arya, then shook his head.
"I'm sorry miss, I'm not of the authority to let you go. Anyhow, who ever said you used magic to set the town on fire? you could have used a simple torch. I'm sorry ma'am, thats no proof to let you go"

Arya's mind raced as she listened to his awnser. "God damn it" she said quietly. She tried to be strong but her attempts where fatal her mind was trying to take in to much. Her sister was alive. She lied to her. She set most the houses of Kaytale a flame. Tears silently streamed down her face. "Can you tell me one thing?" Aray asked slowly.

The gaurd was shocked that the girl had started crying. He was beginning to think that maybe she was innocent. But, there was nothing he could do. They would have to wait and see what would happen at the trial...whenever that would be held. He listened to her words, and was cautiouse to answer.
"perhaps. what is it you need to know"
he wouldn't promise to answer what she said. He had learned to be carful around people, as they could often trick and worm their way out of things. He knew this, being a gaurd. He was not completley gullible, though perhaps not the smartest bloke around.

Arya glad the man had said okay awnsered peacefully. "Is Sirus alright? Is the man I came with alright?" Arya asked kindly.

The gaurd shrugged. He didn't know who Sirus was, or wether he was alright, and nor did he really care in the least. It wasn't his buisness, nor did he want to make it his buisness. His job, though boring, was to sit and watch the prisoner untill the trial.
"no, never herd of 'im. I assume he'll be fine...he was the bloodied up fellow wasn't he. well, they'll take good care of him, and probably send for Heromine"
His answer was truthful. The castle staff would care for him, and they wouldn't let him die. They were good people here...really they were. Well, most of them anyhow. And those who weren't were punished fairly, and with justice. It was all a quite well working system they had going here.
